Fixture for Measurement of Electrical permittivity and loss in the microwave region of 1GHz to 40GHz

Model  RAD100

Ressonator  Hakki-Coleman

The  RAD100  fixture  from RADOMEC , was developed to assist all physicists, chemists, engineers who are interest in the properties of materials, such as the dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss in microwave region. It is an open resonator  that operates in the TE011 mode and  allows a precise measurement of dielectric permittivity at room temperature. The resonances varies depending on the size and properties of the sample. The study of this resonance along with the RADsoft100 software allows the calculation of and   for this material.

By varying the sample size of the resonator can be used to obtain values of permittivity (2 to 200)  in a fairly wide frequency range (1GHZ to 40GHz)
